Online Account Manager - Social Network Site - £35k+bonus

This pioneering virtual world / social media site requires a creative-minded sales person to sell their unique blend of display and bespoke solution led campaigns to west-end agencies.

We are ideally looking for someone who has good media experience at a premium media owner(s) and preferably with good agency (and/or client) contacts. This role is all about integrated, creative (digital) solutions; hence you must be a creative thinker with a strong appreciation of the youth audience.

The role is based in Central London and there is great scope for quality candidates to progress quickly through the company.

Characteristics required for role:
• A strong negotiator

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• A highly consultative approach
• A creative thinker, able to think laterally and come up with strong, fresh innovative campaign ideas for clients business needs
• Commercial acumen – able to identify and maximise business interests from an advertising point-of-view in the industry
• The ability to use research and insight to come up with robust and cohesive sales arguments
• A self-motivator who can organise their own time effectively, carry out simultaneous projects and meet deadlines

The role is paying up to £35k plus a great bonus structure.
