Digital Media Exec / Junior Planner/Buyer - Top Agency - up to £25k
The entertainment industry’s leading full service marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a proactive, flexible and organised Digital Marketing Executive to work within its busy and growing Digital Media Department.
Working within theatre, film, television, visual arts, leisure, classical music, opera and ballet, this agency has clients on both a national and an international level.
This role requires an experienced and accomplished individual with around 1-2 years Digital Media experience, preferably in an agency environment with some planning/buying involvement.
The successful candidate will also work closely with the Digital Media Production, Media, Client Management, Marketing and Sales Promotions Departments to implement and report on Digital Media strategies for the Company and its large portfolio of clients, primarily on branding campaigns.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Media planning and buying for your own portfolio of clients.
• Writing and presenting proposals and campaign results.
• Proactive approach to new opportunities for these clients.
• Provide accurate reporting and analysis of online marketing campaigns and website traffic.
• The implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients and projects - including: search marketing, website creation and development, e-mail list management and marketing, viral and wireless marketing campaigns, social networking, promotions and online display advertising.
• Assist with daily management of assigned clients, some solely Digital Media, and most working within an Account Team.
• Assisting the Digital Media Production Team in the planning and implementations of creative projects.
• Working with other members of the Agency team on the development, scheduling, planning, production and delivery of creative projects.
• Assist on strategic partnerships with a broad range of online media, brands and third parties, including agencies, freelancers and specialist service providers.
• Assist with new business pitches.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• Candidates should have 2 years Digital marketing experience (ideally in an agency environment).
• Possess a good understanding of all elements of the digital marketing mix combined with strategic/marketing thinking.
• Have first class written and oral presentation skills.
• Possess excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in the arts and theatre industry is advantageous although not essential.
• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
• The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a busy environment is essential.
• A self-starter who also works well in a team.
• Good knowledge of emerging markets and trends within the Digital Marketing field.
• Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and creative ideas.
The role is paying up to £25k for top candidates.
