Digital Business Director - Branding Accounts - UK Agency - £55-60k

We require an experienced digital professional, with extensive digital media agency experience to manage a team of 8 across a fantastic portfolio of branding clients.

The brand team in Interaction covers a diverse range of clients from FMCG, Telco, entertainment through to government and healthcare. The team are passionate about digital beyond the standards of paid media and encompass strategic thinking to briefs across paid, owned and earned channels. Within the brand team there is a range of digital champions and each person is expecting to deliver a digital stretch to every brief to ensure looking beyond the norm that is now traditional digital planning. In addition, this agency has an established emerging media and social media experts to help feed this desire.

The business director must be someone who has the stature and knowledge to lead the team by example and build lasting relationships with team and clients effectively.

• Providing maximum return on media investment for all clients across your portfolio
• Drive digital excellence from the front
• Understand the mechanics of digital brand planning – where possible display excellence in digital strategic insight across all Paid, Owned and Earned media channels
• Building and maintaining and enduring client relationship at senior level whilst providing dynamic and inspiring leadership.
• Participate and run new business pitches
• Ensure training and development programmes are implemented for all team members
