The Company:
This famous marketing agency (80% digital) creates impactful conversations between consumers and brands.
They seek people who can create impact in their interviews and in their working lives can create catalytic relationships with clients. That means you must be able to inspire and convince clients to commit to listening to and creating a new type of conversation with consumers.
The Senior Digital Analyst’s role:
Working within the analysis team you will have experience across a range of disciplines within the digital environment, but your primary function will be to interpret and engage with a broad range of digital data. Key to the success of the role will be your ability to identify report on, and provide actionable insights from a range of digital data. You will be presenting findings and insights both internally and to the client. In addition to this you will need to be a team player, able to work with other analysts and colleagues from the agency to present and explain findings, and, crucially, to integrate findings and insights in to the wider range of reports and analyses undertaken. In addition to this you will be leading and coordinating small teams of analysts on project based activities and taking responsibility for leading part of our presentations to clients.

The Person:
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology or Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline
- · Proven experience in marketing or business analytics setting
- · Proven experience with at least one of the major web analytics packages
- · Some SQL programming experience
- · Some experience in an online/social marketing would be an advantage
- · Excellent team skills and ability to work with colleagues
- · Good oral communication skills
- · Good presentation skills. Ability to lead presentations and work closely with the client
