The Social Media Analyst’s role:
Working in a tight knit and nimble “always on” team, you will be responsible for listening, deriving insight and measuring the effectiveness of the team’s efforts.
The Social Media Analyst is key to understanding sentiment and advocacy and providing strong briefs to the team in a very dynamic environment. You will be responsible for impactful and actionable reporting, and pivotal in proving the ROI and effectiveness of the team.

The Person:
- · Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology or Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline
- · Proven experience in marketing or business analytics setting
- · Solid statistical analysis, predictive modelling or segmentation experience
- · Some SQL programming experience
- · Experience in online/social marketing
- · Excellent brainstorming and problem solving skills
- · Good oral communication skills
- · Excellent presentation skills
